Über viele Jahre wurden ausschließlich schulmedizinische Titel veröffentlicht. Nachdem der Buchhändler Werner Gißler 1972 den Verlag und die gleichnamige Buchhandlung übernahm, wandelte sich die Fachrichtung der Publikationen mehr und mehr zu naturheilkundlichen Themen. Heute werden fast nur noch Titel über Klassische Homöopathie und Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin veröffentlicht. Darunter vielbeachtete Reihen wie die “Schriftenreihe der Clemens von Bönninghausen-Akademie (derzeit über 25 lieferbare Titel) und die 5-bändige Serie ” Die Wandlungsphasen der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin”.
